Score Media and Gaming, operator of esports-focused content brand theScore Esports has announced the hire of Eric Wachs as VP of esports sales. In this new role, he will help to lead the platform’s global partnerships team.
Wachs most recently served as director of strategic alliances for Live Nation, developing non-endemic sponsorship deals for live music events. He was also a co-founder of influencer marketing platform Fullbottle, which worked with clients such as Disney, Hasbro, and PepsiCo. Wachs also has experience in the gaming space, having previously worked in multiple roles across ten years at Miniclip, a browser-based games company acquired by Tencent in 2015.
