Demon’s Souls was recently rated in South Korea, suggesting that the game might be a few months away from being released and potentially making it a PS5 launch game. A remake from Bluepoint Studios, Demon’s Souls was first revealed during Sony’s PlayStation 5 showcase.

It’s been a busy day for Sony’s rival in the console market, as Microsoft revealed a number of new Xbox Series X details today. Microsoft’s next-gen console has a release date and official pricing, while one of the launch games for the Xbox Series X, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, will launch on the same day as the console. Sony’s current focus is on PlayStation VR, as the company has made it clear that no PS5 announcements will be made this week.

A disclaimer in a PlayStation Blog post for the week of PSVR content reads: “This is all about the games. So to manage expectations, there’ll be no PS5-related news.” Until Sony does decide to reveal pricing and release date details on its next console, you can check out everything we currently know about the PlayStation 5 right here..
